My experience using AirSnore
I used the common cooking and biting technique for the AirSnore which allowed me to custom fit the device to my jaw structure.
After leaving the appliance immersed in a bowl of boiling water for about 30 seconds according to the instructions, I placed it in my mouth and bit hard enough to get my teeth into the material without biting all the way through. I also hand formed the edges around my gums. I removed it and then put it in a bowl of ice-cold water so it could harden.
